Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Due to the high demand for services, we are currently looking for an exceptional Commercial HVAC Install Lead to join our growing team at our Spanish Fork, UT location.

• Compensation: $60,000-$120,000 based on experience and certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of residential HVAC installation/retrofitting experience, 1-3 years of commercial install experience preferred
• RMGA Certification Required
• EPA Type II & CORE Required
• EPA Universal Certified Preferred
• Completion of H.S./GED
• NATE Certified Preferred
• Completion of Trade/Vocational School Preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Installs air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems
• Provides startups and troubleshooting for a variety of residential HVAC systems
• Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
• Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.

Physical Demands

• Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
• Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
• Comfortable and capable of working in attics, basements and crawl spaces.
