Job summary

Whipple Service Champions Heating, Cooling, Plumbing Electrical in Utah is seeking an installation technician to work closely with the Installation department to ensure timely and accurate installation per company standards.

You will provide excellent customer service, analyze work orders, follow the travel schedule, listen to customer concerns, perform designated work, and verify parts and loading before each job.

Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Installation department to provide timely and accurate installation according to company standards and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and serve customers by analyzing work orders, following travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
• For each installation job, request necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify truck is loaded with all materials.
• Document work performed in accordance with company procedure.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.
