Whipple Service Champions in Utah is seeking an Installation Technician to support on-site installations. You will work closely with the Installation department, analyze work orders, and ensure timely, accurate setups while maintaining professional conduct.

Ideal candidates have basic HVAC knowledge, a willingness to learn, and ability to handle parts logistics, schedules, and customer concerns; you will verify truck loads and adhere to codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with the Installation department to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
• Request necessary parts and equipment ahead of time and verify truck is loaded with all materials needed to complete it.
• Document work performed in accordance with company procedure.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
