Stephen K. Denny invites an HVAC Install Apprentice to support the Lead Installer in efficient, accurate installations. The role reports to the Install Manager from our Jupiter, FL office and is full-time.

Formación

• 2+ years of HVAC experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret job specs and safety rules.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Assist Lead Installer with installations and quality checks.
• Stage jobs, verify materials, and maintain clean job sites.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Participate in trainings and meetings for growth.

About the Role

Stephen K. Denny is looking for an HVAC Install Apprentice to assist the Lead Installer in completing installations efficiently and accurately. This is a full-time role that will report into the Install Manager and be based out of our growing Jupiter, FL office.

What You’ll Do

• Assist Lead Installer with all installations, while being efficient and accurate
• Help with properly staging jobs by ensuring everything is present and adhering to quality standards
• Support maintaining a clean and organized job site and company vehicle
• Participate in training and meetings to develop professionally
• Complete and accurate paperwork
• Have or be willing to get any proper certifications as needed
• 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

• Must consider safety as one’s primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements
• To adequately perform the duties of this job, the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk
• Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces
• The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required
• The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons
