Job summary

Right Guys Heating & Air in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a motivated HVAC Install Helper to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll start your career in the HVAC trade alongside experienced professionals.

You’ll assist lead technicians with installations, help move and position equipment, support ductwork tasks, and keep job sites clean and safe. The ideal candidate has HVAC experience or a strong willingness to learn, can lift 50+ lbs, and holds a valid

• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs and working in tight spaces.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-player attitude.
