ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring an Install Helper to support lead installers with HVAC replacements and add-ons. You will report to the warehouse daily to load parts and gear up for field installations, performing hands-on tasks with meaningful advancement potential in skilled trades.

Qualifications

• 1 year of HVAC experience (field or school-based) preferred.
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.
• Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
