Job summary

Right Guys Heating & Air in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a motivated HVAC Install Helper to join our growing team. This entry-level position offers hands-on learning, on-site training, and a path to advance with experienced installers.

You will assist with installation of heating and cooling systems, transport and stage equipment, and support ductwork tasks while maintaining safety and a positive team attitude. Full-time role with outdoor work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Prior HVAC experience required; willingness to learn is a must.
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs and working in tight spaces.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
