Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is hiring an HVAC support technician in the United States.

You will work under a Lead HVAC Technician, assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic repairs, while keeping detailed records and delivering a professional customer experience. The role requires 1–3 years in HVAC maintenance or installation, with a willingness to invest in personal tools and grow in customer service.

Job Description:

What You'll Do

Experience & Skills

What You'll Bring

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to follow directions (verbal and written)

• Positive, professional attitude

• Willingness to learn and take direction from technicians and supervisors

• Basic safety awareness when working with tools and job sites

Physical & Work Requirements

• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops

• Able to safely use ladders and basic tools

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (with assistance)

• Basic skills such as reading a tape measure

Preferred (Not Required)

• HVAC trade school certification

• EPA Universal Certification
