Gary & Sons in Falls Creek, PA is hiring an HVAC Install Helper. No extensive experience required—bring a great attitude and willingness to learn as you assist our installation team.

You will support residential HVAC installs, handle furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment, use tools safely, and help keep sites organized while delivering good customer service. A path for long-term career growth is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable using power tools, climbing ladders, lifting 50-75 lbs, and accessing attic spaces.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable and eager to build a career in the skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential HVAC installations.
