Base pay range

$12.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

• Assist the lead mechanic in installing HVAC systems, including ductwork, drains, line sets, venting, wiring, gas piping, etc.
• Communicate with customers and contractors about job details.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and company policies.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and on time.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote the company through performance and attitude.
• Wear PPE and adhere to all health and safety policies, including COVID protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.
• Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs regularly.
• Ability to crawl in attics/crawl spaces, climb ladders, work outdoors.
• Applications evaluated based on education, experience, and skills.
