What Will I Do?

• Maintain communication with internal teams
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
• Communicate effectively with HVAC Install Manager, Lead Installer, and supervisors to review job details
• Adjust project work as needed due to interruptions or scope changes
• Follow installation procedures and processes
• Report labor hours accurately and maintain JIT
• Complete closeout process with 100% accuracy upon job completion
• Seek development opportunities through training and coaching

Do I Have What It Takes?

• Universal EPA Certification
• 1-2 years of HVAC field installation experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
