Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Communicate effectively and promptly with HVAC Install Manager, Lead Installer, and supervisors to review job details.
• Adapt project work as needed due to interruptions, scope changes, or unforeseen conditions.
• Follow installation procedures and processes.
• Accurately report labor hours and maintain JIT.
• Complete closeout process with 100% accuracy immediately after job completion.
• Seek development opportunities through training and coaching.

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• Universal EPA Certification
• 1-2 years of HVAC field installation experience
• Ability to lift loads up to 75 pounds regularly
• Ability to crawl in tight spaces, climb ladders, and work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
