Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an Install Apprentice to join our installation team in Hingham, MA. Work alongside experienced installers on residential plumbing install projects and grow toward independent work.

This role suits someone with hands-on tool experience who is coachable and eager to be developed. We offer apprenticeship schooling toward a license, training, and a clear path to journeyman.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on hvac or tool experience.
• Comfortable with tools and general hands-on work.
• Coachable and eager to be trained and developed further.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with residential plumbing installation projects
• Handle material prep, staging, and cleanup on install jobs
• Learn proper installation techniques, code requirements, and best practices
• Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly
• Communicate clearly with the lead installer and customers on site
• Follow all safety protocols on every job

Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a growing residential service company serving Hingham and the South Shore. We're hiring an Install Apprentice to join our installation team, working alongside experienced installers on plumbing install projects. This role is a fit for someone who already knows their way around tools and has some hands‑on experience, and who is ready to be coached and developed further.
