Key Sub Tasks of an HVAC Install Apprentice

1. Assist lead installer in all HVAC system installations; be efficient and accurate.
2. Establish rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
3. Present yourself professionally and knowledgeably to attract referrals and repeat business.
4. Support proper staging of jobs, adhering to quality checklists.
5. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
6. Participate actively in training and on-the-job exercises to master installations.
7. Complete accurate and timely paperwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime as needed

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime Pay

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid insurable driver's license
