R.J. O'Neil, Inc. in Montgomery, Illinois, is seeking an experienced HVAC Inside Sales Estimator to join our team. You will develop accurate repair and replacement proposals by working with technicians, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities include preparing estimates, reviewing field notes and equipment info, pricing labor and materials, and generating professional customer proposals. The role requires strong HVAC knowledge and excellent communication in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC estimating or service experience.
• Strong knowledge of rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and refrigeration.
• Ability to read mechanical plans and specifications.
• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment manufacturers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills.
