You will provide technical sales support, prepare quotes and submittals, and ensure clear communication with customers, contractors, engineers, and the outside sales team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
2+ years in inside sales, estimating, or project coordination, preferably HVAC.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications.
Experience with CRM and quoting software is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary inside sales contact for inquiries, proposals, and project support.
Prepare accurate quotes, submittals, and documentation from plans or input.
Support outside sales by handling follow-up tasks and communications.
Assist with equipment takeoffs and coordination with engineering as needed.
Respond to questions on product selection, pricing, and specs.
Maintain knowledge of HVAC technologies from major manufacturers.
Track orders, lead times, and delivery schedules with logistics teams.
Maintain CRM records and identify follow-up opportunities.
