Job summary

Johnson Barrow, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer in Boise, Idaho to support our Outside Sales Engineers in providing exceptional HVAC solutions. You will engage in various pre-sale and post-sale activities such as estimating, quoting, customer communication, and on-site technical assistance.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience with commercial HVAC systems. This role offers competitive compensation and various benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with commercial HVAC equipment is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design programs is required.
• A deep understanding of construction and contracting models, including Design/Build concepts, will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team on the design and layout of commercial HVAC systems.
• Prepare accurate equipment selections and quotes for the Outside Sales team.
• Offer first-level technical support for equipment installations.
• Manage customer accounts ensuring exceptional service and support.
