Johnson Barrow, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to support our Outside Sales Engineers in delivering top-quality HVAC solutions. You will engage in designing HVAC systems, estimating and quoting, and managing customer accounts.

Qualifications include a degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD. This position offers a competitive compensation package of $60,000 - $70,000/year plus bonuses, comprehensive health insurance, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in Mechanical Engineering demonstrating strong foundation.
• Previous experience with commercial HVAC equipment is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design programs required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design and layout of commercial HVAC systems.
• Prepare accurate equipment selections and quotes for the Outside Sales team.
• Provide first-level technical support for equipment installations.
• Manage customer accounts ensuring exceptional service.
