Qualifications

• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment, acting as a product consultant and supporting lead-generation.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand/walk during shifts.
• Employment contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and introduce ARS services to promote HVAC offerings.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements to customers.
• Function as a lead-generator and appointment setter for in-home consultations and tune-ups.
• Note: not door-to-door or canvassing.
