Job summary

The Romanoff Group, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an HVAC Helper to join our award-winning team. The role involves assisting onsite personnel with installation of HVAC and electrical equipment, maintaining sites, and supporting logistics on new home construction projects.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Experience in new construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist onsite personnel with unloading material/equipment and placing it near the area on the project where it will be staged and or installed.
• Maintain good housekeeping while on site.
• At times, work in confined spaces such as attics, basements, roofs, and crawl spaces.
• At times, work in areas with heights.
• HVAC: Assist installer with placing and securing trunk, return lines, branch, and take off lines.
• Electrical: Assist Electricians with installation of conduit (EMT/Rigid/PVC), Romex, mc cable, pulling wire, lighting, and lighting controls.
• Additional duties as assigned.
