New Age Air Inc. is seeking an HVAC Helper in Pottstown, PA to join our growing team. You will assist technicians on residential installations and service calls, learn on the job, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Completion of accredited HVAC trade school program.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• At least a year of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or similar trade.
• Ability to lift 80+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with residential HVAC installations and service calls.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Help maintain organized and safe work areas.
• Learn to work in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders.
• Support senior technicians while developing technical skills.
• Deliver professional service to customers.

HVAC Helper

$22.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience

Full-Time | Pottstown, PA

Monday-Friday | 40+ hours per week | Occasional overtime
