Qualifications

• Previous construction or HVAC experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to work from ladders and in various jobsite conditions.
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with the installation of ductwork systems.
• Assist with the installation of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
• Support the installation of furnaces, heat pumps, and related HVAC components.
• Handle and organize materials, tools, and equipment on the jobsite.
• Follow project specifications and safety requirements.
