Job summary

ALL FUEL INSTALLATION AND SERVICE in the Portland metro area is seeking an HVAC & Hearth Installer Helper to join our team. Learn from experienced installers while gaining hands-on experience in residential heating, cooling, and fireplace systems.

You’ll assist with installations, load materials, protect homes, and maintain a safe site. We offer paid training, career development, and a clear path to advancement with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and hands-on worker.
• Willing to learn HVAC & hearth installation.
• NATE Ready-to-Work Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC and fireplace installations
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials
• Prepare and protect customer homes before installation work begins
• Maintain a clean and safe job site throughout the installation process
• Assist with ductwork, venting, drain lines, and related components
• Complete required paperwork and mobile job documentation
