Job summary

Lifetime Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric is seeking an HVAC Apprentice Installer. No HVAC experience is required—we provide hands-on training alongside experienced installers.

You will assist with installing residential HVAC systems, load and organize tools, learn proper techniques, and maintain clean job sites while delivering excellent customer service in customers' homes. You’ll work as part of a professional installation team and have opportunities for advancement into Lead Installer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Washington State driver license with clean record required.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics/crawlspaces.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Mechnical aptitude or construction experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, ductwork).
• Load and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures and local codes.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Provide excellent customer service in customers' homes.
• Work as part of a professional installation team.
