Job summary

Big Horn Heating and Cooling is seeking a General Manager / Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across service, installation, sales, finance and administration. You will lead department managers, implement policies, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive profitability while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of leadership experience in HVAC or service industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in management, operations, or leadership roles, preferably in HVAC, construction, or service industries.
• Proven track record of managing multiple departments and leading teams to achieve operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all company departments, including service, installation, sales, and administrative functions.
• Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, materials, and operational expenses.
• Lead, coach, and mentor department managers and staff to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
