Job summary

Voda Home Services Corporate in Madison, WI is seeking an HVAC General Manager to lead operations and build a growing team. You will drive performance, oversee day-to-day HVAC operations, manage budgets and P&L, and develop growth strategies to expand market share.

As a strategic leader, you will mentor technicians and support staff, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, monitor KPIs, and build strong client and vendor relationships to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC operations experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, service and repair.
• P&L management and business development proven.
• EPA 608 Certification preferred.
• Experience with service management software and scheduling tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC operations, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, service, and repair best practices
• Proven track record of P&L management and business development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• EPA 608 Certification preferred; additional HVAC certifications a plus
• Experience with service management software and scheduling tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred — or equivalent work experience
