Job summary

Hunt Military Communities seeks an on-site technician responsible for maintenance across residential and common areas, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. You will respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance, stage and coordinate make-ready repairs, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction in a military community setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Must demonstrate basic competency in carpentry, plumbing and electrical trades.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, and communicate with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and repair HVAC components; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Respond to service calls and priority requests.
• Perform COM work including painting, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance tasks.
• Move and install appliances; transport materials to job sites.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas; complete paperwork promptly.
