Enix Mechanical is seeking an experienced Foreman/Lead HVAC to supervise technicians, work with customers, and drive project quality in multifamily environments. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years verifiable multifamily HVAC field experience.
• Valid NV driver's license with clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; friendly, reliable, and motivated.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends when necessary.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train technicians to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate with customers and staff to keep projects on track.
• Read blueprints and install/repair HVAC systems in multifamily properties.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.

This position will work with our customers and technicians. We are looking for a Foreman/Lead to help keep the training going and the staff inspired.

Job Requirements:

• Must have minimum 3-4 years verifiable work experience in the multifamily HVAC field work.

• Must have OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly presence and excellent customer service skill.
• Honest, dependable, and motivated.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics.
• Flexibility to work overtime/nights and weekends when necessary.
• Safely work unsupervised, safely climb ladders and work at heights that exceed 6ft or higher.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
