Job summary

Dynamic Mechanical in Sacramento, CA is seeking an HVAC Foreman to lead commercial installation crews with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can coordinate daily operations, support field teams, and deliver exceptional results on every project.

You will read and interpret blueprints, supervise crew performance, manage materials and manpower, and ensure safe work practices on each site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience with leadership abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC installation methods, codes and best practices.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Location: Sacramento, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Hourly Rate: $30 - $50 per hour (based on experience)
