Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Commercial Foreman to supervise field technicians on commercial projects. This role may suit a senior HVAC technician ready to foreman duties or someone with prior foreman experience. Non-union only.

Responsibilities include planning and supervising HVAC installations, estimating labor/materials, and ensuring safety and quality on site. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

• Plans and lays out work from oral and written instructions; assigns and supervises HVAC personnel.
• Estimates job labor and materials, requisitions materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Conducts regular inspections of work in progress and on completion; participates in the more complex HVAC tasks.
• Confers with officials on proposed HVAC projects and makes recommendations. Recruits and trains skilled and trades helper personnel.
• Establishes safety and work performance standards for subordinates.

My client is a top notch Commercial and Industrial HVAC and Plumbing Contractor. They are actively seeking an HVAC Commercial Foreman to oversee other technicians in the field. Could be a very Senior Commercial HVAC Technician who can handle being a Foreman now or someone who has done it before. Non-Union types only.
