3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience with proven leadership abilities.

Ability to lead crews while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Extensive knowledge of HVAC installation methods, codes, and best practices.

Coordinate daily work activities, material needs, and manpower requirements.

Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.

OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation .

HOURLY RANGE:
$30 - $50 PER HOUR
