The Role

The HVAC Foreman is responsible for ensuring a quality install for our customers while promoting safety. You will be an essential part of successful HVAC system installs on our commercial construction projects and provide leadership and support on our sites. Job sites vary among commercial projects in the area, mainly K‑12, university, and healthcare buildings.

What You'll Do

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, commitment, dedication, patience, and thorough knowledge of the HVAC/Sheet Metal trade are key.
• Consistently and regularly plan the installation in strict conformance with contract requirements and company procedures.
• Provide a safe job site for you and your crew; uphold Moore's safety culture and procedures.
• Manage coordinated and prefabricated projects.
• Think on your feet and make decisions.
• Manage more than one job at a time.
• Handle stress and pressure of the job.
• Be a training supervisor and mentor for the team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of HVAC project leadership.
• Journeyman or Master card—plus.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore experience—plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Good physical condition with ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
