Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Apprentice HVAC Technician to gain hands-on experience with HVAC systems at our Richmond, VA site. You will work under supervision with senior technicians and the Service Manager, delivering service and solutions that improve efficiency while building your technical skills in a safety-focused environment.
You will collaborate with pros, perform on-site maintenance, and participate in required union training during year one.
As an Apprentice HVAC Technician here at Honeywell, you will gain valuable hands‑on experience and training in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems while working alongside industry‑leading professionals. You will be equipped with the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional service, solve building inefficiencies, and provide trusted solutions to our customers.
You will report directly to our Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Richmond, VA location on an On‑site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction by ensuring HVAC mechanical equipment and controls operate efficiently, while developing your technical skills through coaching and mentorship in a safety‑focused environment.
