Job summary

MEP Partners is seeking an HVAC Field Supervisor for residential new-construction projects in the Virginia Peninsula and New Kent County. You will oversee field operations for single-family homes, townhomes, and multifamily projects, coordinating crews, schedules, and inspections to meet plans and codes.

You will lead field teams, communicate with builders and the Production Team, and train personnel while staying calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HVAC field operations on new-construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple communities, crews and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices.
• Read and interpret construction plans and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC field operations for new-construction single-family homes, townhomes, and multifamily projects.
• Coordinate rough-ins, trims, start-ups, inspections, and final completion.
• Perform site visits and quality-control inspections to ensure standards and codes.
• Lead crews and subcontractors, adjust staffing as production needs change, communicate with builders.
• Train installers, maintain safety, and keep projects moving on schedule.
