Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of lead residential HVAC install experience.
• Management / supervisory experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• TDLR Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to quality.
• Able to interact professionally at all organizational levels and adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise installation, addition, or replacement of HVAC systems in residential properties.
• Direct and streamline daily operations, including scheduling, job assignments, and workflow management.
• Oversee and approve purchase of equipment and repair parts meeting company standards.
• Supervise HVAC technicians, providing support, training, and performance evaluations.
• Additional duties as assigned.

About this role:

The HVAC Field Supervisor oversees and manages the daily operations of HVAC teams in the field. This role involves supervising and guiding HVAC technicians and installers to ensure the effective and efficient execution of HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs. The Field Supervisor coordinates schedules, manages job assignments, and ensures adherence to safety standards and company policies. The HVAC Field Supervisor plays a crucial role in optimizing team performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving departmental goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Manage and supervise the installation, addition, or replacement of HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Direct and streamline daily operations, including scheduling, job assignments, and workflow management to optimize team performance and service delivery.
• Oversee and approve the purchase of equipment and repair parts, ensuring that all materials meet company standards and project requirements.
• Supervise and guide a team of HVAC technicians, providing support, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional development and maintain high service standards.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of Lead Residential HVAC install experience

• EPA Universal Certification
• TDLR Certification

Physical Requirements:

• The physical requirements of this job include tasks such as lifting weights (e.g., pounds regularly and occasionally), climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work. The role also involves working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces, and exposure to extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions such as rain or snow.
