Homestead Comfort in Ellington, CT is seeking a full-time HVAC Operations Manager to own field performance across our service area. You will lead technicians, ensure jobs are completed to the highest standard, and reduce callbacks.

This role requires strong leadership, a valid driver’s license, and a CT Trade License. You’ll coach your team, drive efficiency, and partner with the service team to deliver reliable comfort to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or leadership experience within HVAC field.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CT Trade License (D or S) preferred.

YOUR DAY AS OUR HVAC OPERATIONS MANAGER

Every day, you take ownership of the field while ensuring technicians are supported, jobs are completed to the highest standard, and issues are resolved before they escape. You move from job to job, providing guidance, inspecting work, and coaching your team to improve performance. You're the go-to person when challenges arise, the leader who keeps operations running smoothly, and the force behind reducing callbacks and increasing efficiency. Your leadership ensures that every project reflects the quality Homestead Comfort stands for.

YOUR HOURS

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Start time: 6:45 AM
• Typical end: 4:00–4:30 PM
• Includes weekend backup technician coverage

Requirements To Be Our Hvac Operations Manager

• Valid driver's license
• CT Trade License (D or S license)
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
