Job summary

Donelson Air - Service Experts is hiring an HVAC Field Service Technician I in Nashville, TN. You will diagnose and service residential HVAC systems under minimal supervision, while promoting our products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• > High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2–5 years' experience.
• <EPA and safety certifications> required for regulatory compliance.
• <Must possess licensing/certifications as required> for the geographical work area.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Promote products and services to customers; coordinate with Field Supervisor or GM.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with parts delivery and paperwork.
