Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification is required.
• HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical service experience.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning, and service of thermal, chillers and HVAC systems.
• Execute preventative maintenance and manage service schedules.
• Conduct on-site quality checks for installations.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Provide technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Travel approximately 50% nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning, and service of thermal, Chillers and HVAC systems
• Execute preventative maintenance and manage service schedules
• Conduct on‑site quality checks for installations
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical systems
• Provide technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and reliability
• Participate in an on‑call rotation as needed
• Travel approximately 50% nationwide

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification (required)
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical systems service
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical components
• Working knowledge of:
  • Refrigeration theory
  • Hydronic systems
  • Basic electrical circuit analysis
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and on a team
