BFC Solutions is hiring an HVAC Service Tech in Reno, NV. This role involves following assigned routes, performing filter service and preventive maintenance, and servicing commercial HVAC systems at customer sites, often on rooftops.

The position requires 21+ years of age, a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to travel including occasional overnight stays. Training is provided and benefits include health coverage and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and drug/alcohol testing.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 36 feet with an extension ladder.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds and meet travel/overtime requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily/weekly route schedules and complete service within expected windows.
• Perform scheduled HVAC filter service and preventive maintenance, including inspecting units and ensuring proper operation.
• Service commercial HVAC systems at customer locations, often on rooftops (e.g., big retailers).
• Load, unload, and organize filters, tools, and supplies while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Provide route coverage and support for other territories, including occasional overnight travel.
