Qualifications

• 4-5 years of HVAC experience.
• EPA certification required.

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily HVAC technician activities in the field.
• Provide hands-on support for installation, start-up, troubleshooting and repair.
• Serve as on-site technical resource for guidance and problem resolution.
• Plan and organize work assignments to ensure efficiency and timely completion.
• Install HVAC equipment in commercial properties and ensure proper function of controls.
• Load materials and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Assist with project coordination and budgets for HVAC capital projects.
• Maintain company vehicle in good working condition and participate in trainings.
