Qualifications

• 2+ years of education or training in HVAC or related fields.
• 5+ years of maintenance or repair experience in a commercial setting.
• Ability to train others and plan maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Train staff and assist in safety inspections.
• Respond to emergencies to keep facilities operational.
