D2B Groups LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day upkeep of multiple Bucks County facilities. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on commercial HVAC systems and general facility maintenance, ensuring safety, reliability, and peak performance across sites.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in facilities maintenance with strong HVAC experience, the ability to work independently, and comfort with digital work orders and mobile tools. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Hands-on commercial HVAC experience including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical and building systems.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations and manage time.
• Comfortable using digital tools, work orders, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance across multiple facilities.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units.
• Conduct building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, floors, and general repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform inspections to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, OSHA requirements, and local codes.
• Support facility projects such as renovations and seasonal preparations.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and documentation.
• Travel between locations as needed to support operations.
