Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician - Level 2 to support a major commercial account in the Atlanta area.

The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, with travel to ~45 locations and strong emphasis on communication and reliability. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA 608 or Type II certification, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience.
• EPA 608 Universal certification or EPA Types II.
• Experience servicing rooftop units, split systems, exhaust fans, walk-in freezers, coolers, and reach-in refrigeration units.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between service locations independently.
• High School Diploma or GED; trade school education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Service rooftop units, commercial split systems, exhaust fans, walk-in freezers, coolers, and reach-in refrigeration units.
• Travel between approximately 45 commercial locations throughout the Atlanta area based on assigned work orders and priorities.
• Review and manage work orders, determine required parts and materials, and track repairs through completion.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will support commercial locations throughout the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
