The ideal candidate has a project management background and hands-on HVAC knowledge, with the ability to align multiple trades and deliverables while maintaining safety and quality standards on all sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20 projects ranging from $20k to $100k and coordinate outside contractors.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and in compliance with specs.
• On-site coordination, Monday–Friday, 6am–3pm.
