Qualifications

• Read and comprehend work instructions to assemble HVAC units.
• Able to pass classroom and production line training and certification testing.
• Actively participate in Bergstrom's continuous improvement environment.
• Understand safety and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment: Press Brakes, Turrets, Shear, Notcher and Laser/Loader.
• Provide quality fabricated metal products.
• Maintain safety devices and PPE for setup/fabrication area.
• Maintain records per policies and procedures.
• Read blueprints and use inspection gauges.
• Organize tooling and keep it in good condition.
• Follow setup instructions for specific jobs.
• Organize the work area to keep everything in its place.
