You will lead supervisors and production personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output, while meeting schedules, maintaining quality, and driving continuous improvement across fabrication processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in manufacturing leadership or fabrication management.
• Experience in sheet metal, welding, machining, or industrial fabrication environments.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and fabrication specs.
• Strong knowledge of production controls and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily fabrication operations across sheet metal, welding, and machining.
• Set production priorities and allocate resources to meet schedules.
• Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and capacity for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, and Assembly to resolve constraints.
• Lead and coach fabrication supervisors and staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and workforce development.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
