Job summary

AIRSYS is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Team Member in Woodruff, SC to assemble HVAC and cooling equipment according to drawings and instructions. You will operate hand and power tools, perform quality inspections, and help meet production targets in a safe, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble HVAC and cooling equipment per work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Install mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related components as trained.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and torque tools correctly and safely.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and lockout/tagout requirements.
• Maintain workstation organization per 5S standards.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Communicate safety, quality, or material concerns to supervision.
• Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
