Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install sub-assembly components on HVAC units according to specs and work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and order forms to verify parts and ensure proper assembly.
• Communicate with team members to maintain workflow and accuracy.
• Perform visual and functional quality checks on parts and completed assemblies.
• Move materials and finished products to designated areas using appropriate handling methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety practices.
• Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervisors promptly.
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
