Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts in Lake Buena Vista, FL seeks an Engineering Supervisor (Flexible Shifts & Days), HVAC certified, to lead the Engineering staff, deliver quality service to guests, and uphold safety and brand standards.

You will supervise preventive maintenance and life-safety systems, maintain logs, and coordinate parts. Requires high school diploma and HVAC certification, with 2+ years in hospitality maintenance. On-site position with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school education with building maintenance related training.
• Two or more years of related experience.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering staff and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and manage life safety systems.
• Maintain logs, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate procurement of parts and supplies.
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe and well organized.
• Attend department meetings as scheduled.
