Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a skilled HVAC Specialist to support and maintain the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the property. You will troubleshoot, repair, perform scheduled maintenance, and install systems under minimal supervision, ensuring safety and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on HVAC experience, knowledge of controls, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems experience with troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Explain and diagnose issues, perform repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Strong English communication and safety-conscious approach.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose issues by inspecting controls, wiring, motors, valves and sensors.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, calibrations, cleaning to ensure peak operation.
• Repair or replace mechanical and electrical components as needed.
• Troubleshoot digital and pneumatic HVAC control systems and interface with BMS.
• Balance air and water treatment to maintain proper flow and temperature.
• Identify and fix humidity/ventilation issues and monitor system performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and internal policies.
• Prepare requests for tools and equipment; respond to emergency calls.
• Supervise daily work orders and maintain a clean, safe work site.
